Middle East's Leading High Rise & Skyscrapers Event
In the past ten years, the skylines of major cities have changed, highlighting the significance of megastructures in raising a city’s profile. Urban agglomeration and the urban economy have both been boosted by vertical cities.
With Dubai ranked as the second most-prolific city for having completed the most skyscrapers in 2019, the 6th Annual Smart Skyscrapers & Intelligent Retrofit Summit, taking place on 23rd and 24th November 2022 at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa will lay focus on the architectural & economic elements along with sustainable retrofit designs to ensure seamless operations of mega-infrastructures.
The event will emphasize clever retrofits for existing high-rises to enable optimal energy use and reduce carbon emissions, in keeping with UAE’s energy efficient policy and sustainable development goals.
This event, which is expected to draw over 400 attendees, will be the biggest supertall infrastructure conference in this region. Leading architects and sustainability specialists will take part in discussions about the methods and difficulties involved in building sustainable urban communities.
Across two days, the conference will host over 40 international and regional experts from government organizations and private sectors to explore the planning, maintenance and impact of high-rises in the region.
